What happens when extreme weather hits...
When extreme weather occurs, a lot of bad things can happen, some include:
- destruction of buildings and homes
- death of people and animals
- environment has to be built again (if its really bad)
- you have no place to live (home destroyed)
- conservationists have a lot more work to do
- conservationists have to think more of how to fix the environment and protect the environment better if another storm occurs in that area
- animals have to suffer; there homes can get destroyed
- humans have to suffer; there homes also get destroyed
- environment gets destroyed; has to be rebuilt so that the area can sustain basic life
- conservationists have to do more work; think about how to make the environment more protective, and save the lives of animals and people
how it effects conservationists:
Extreme weather makes the lives of conservationists harder. Since conservationists always have to protect the environment or make it better for animals or other species to lie in, extreme weather can ruin an area (like tornadoes blowing everything anywhere). This makes conservationists more do work and have a much harder time to see how to not let the same thing happen again. For the past century a lot of bad weather has been occurring; tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes and much more. All these have ruined a certain area and the government involving some conservationists help need to build that whole place all over again or improve on it so that the same situation does not occurs once again in the future. From this the conservationists have to raise more awareness on what can happen if theses situations keep happening.
When the extreme weather occurs, animals are also in a lot of danger and it is the conservationists job to help protect them and make their lives easier, so that no harm comes to any of them. Animals count on conservationists to protect them and give them safety and provide them with a really good shelter. When something happens to animals, conservationists are the ones who usually end up getting blamed. For example, when the 2010 earthquake happened in Haiti a lot of people died and animals also got hurt. That is when the conservationists came in to raise awareness about the earthquake and what could happen in the future. They made a charity to make money and help those in need.
So overall, when extreme weather occurs a lot of blame is gone to them, for not making that place proper and for allowing that damage to happen. Conservationists have to try harder and improve on that and help protect the environment better ad raise awarenesses about it and also think for the well of the animals.
In the end, extreme weather makes it harder for the conservationists to think of more ways to protect the environment and the species living there. They have to think a lot more deeply so that the environment stay safe and nothing bad happens to it or anywhere around it.

HOW IT EFFECTS HUMANS:
When extreme weather hits it is very dreadful to watch. As it is coming closer and closer it looks like there is no chance of survival. When it comes near you, you get scared and start to panic and try to save yourself, but there's no use it will come and catch you eventually.
If you look at the past extreme weathers that have occurred, a lot of humans have been wither injured or dead. If you look at the earthquake that happened in Haiti, a lot of damage was done and thousands of people were injured and killed. Just like that extreme weather can occur anywhere and damage anything and anyone. Any sort of weather can be dangerous for humans. Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Twisters, Tsunamis etc.... can damage humans and there lifestyle. A lot of homes get destroyed and people ha no where to live, extreme weather makes life hell for human beings. Extreme weather kills people and ruins relations, it is one of the worst things tat could happen to a man being.

how it effects animals:
Extreme weather can also effect animals the same way it does to humans. Animals have a place to live and have families. All of that can be destroyed in just a single storm. It is easier for animals to get more effected because they don't have protection like humans do... they live in the wild and build there homes our of natural stuff which can be easily broken. So the lives of animals are at more of a risk than as of humans. There has been plenty of extreme weather when animals have also gotten injured and killed. For example, avalanches that occur take down so many trees, and no those trees could be bird nests with eggs and children and therefore kills them to injures them. Also when the avalanche happens there are other animals like penguins or polar bears which can get trapped underneath and not have the space to breath and might die or get injured.
